Conditions of Hire

  • By providing payment and/or accepting services from you are agreeing to accept and abide by these terms & conditions of hire.
  • Unless otherwise specified on No More than 2 pieces of SOFT LUGGAGE per person – 1 medium sports style bag + 1 hand luggage per person. All luggage being transported is the passengers responsibility at all times.
  • Any SKI EQUIPMENT to be transported must be declared when booking.
  • The value of any booking made will be refunded in full if the vehicle is unavailable as requested.
  • All fully confirmed bookings will receive a TAX INVOICE / BOOKING CONFIRMATION via email from
  • Waiting time past the booked pickup time is chargeable.
  • Extra time used past the AWSnowTransfers “allocated trip time” is chargeable.
  • It is the passengers responsibility to provide sufficient notification (via phone / text to number on their BOOKING CONFIRMATION) if transport (e.g flights / oversnow / trains etc) are delayed.
  • To provide sufficient notice we suggest that you send a confirmation of departure time text prior to boarding your flight / transport .
    – After 30 minutes of non-notified vehicle waiting time, your booking may become subject to vehicle availability.
    – After 1.5 hrs of non-notified vehicle waiting time, your booking may be cancelled (not transferable or refundable).
    All transport provided is for direct (non-stop) transfers from pickup point to destination
    Shopping – Brief stops for lunch/coffee/shopping can be pre-booked with your transport. If extra time over the AWSnowTransfers “allocated trip time” is used on the day, (subject to availability on the day of hire) it may be charged to the credit card used to make the original transport booking at the standard hourly rate for the vehicle on the job in 0.1 hour increments or part thereof.
    Surcharges may apply for after hours travel, child safety seating & waiting or extra time used on any trip.
    The Service Provider reserves the right to alter / upgrade / change the booked vehicle at the Service Providers discretion, without notice. In the event that a change of vehicle is required to be made by the Service Provider.
    Should the client request any alteration of a vehicle from the original vehicle booked, this may be done at the Service Providers discretion, subject to vehicle availability at the time of the request.
 The credit card used to make the original booking will be charged an alteration to service fee ($55.00) plus any additional difference for the upgraded service/vehicle, unless new credit card details are provided for the payment. If a client wishes to downgrade (ie, to a smaller, less expensive vehicle) for any reason, no refund will be available.
 Any request for a vehicle downgrade will be subject to vehicle availability at the time of the request.
  • Transport is provided to or from the following:
    FALLS CREEK – ACCOMMODATION TRANSPORT SERVICE TERMINAL (formerly oversnow) at Falls Creek Village, unless you are staying at Falls Creek Country Club, QT HOTEL, Alpine Woodsmoke, Alpine Treetops where we can drop you directly at your accommodation pending road conditions.

    MOUNT HOTHAM – Transport is provided to/from Corral Car Park only. Extra charges apply for Dinner Plain.

    MOUNT BULLER – Transport is provided to/from the skating rink / bus park area only.
  • RESORT ENTRY is not included in AWSnowTransfers pricing, It is the passengers responsibility to pay any resort entry fees upon entry to any mountain.
  • ON MOUNTAIN TAXI / TRANSPORT is not included in AWSnowTransfers pricing, It is the passengers responsibility to pay any on mountain taxi or transport charges. i.e. from the designated AWSnowTransfers drop off point to/from accommodation.
 All AWSnowTransfers vehicles are regularly checked and serviced to the required standards. In the event that a AWSnowTransfers vehicle is involved in an accident or experiences a mechanical failure prior to the commencement of a hire, AWSnowTransfers will make arrangements, wherever possible, to provide service for the hirer.  AWSnowTransfers will not be held liable in the event of mechanical breakdown or an accident which causes delays in service being provided to a hirer.  AWSnowTransfers may, at its sole discretion determine the onward method of travel after any event which makes our vehicle unable to continue to provide service.
    By paying for any booking, you are authorizing your credit card details to be used for payment and be held as security / payment for any additional charges. For 3rd party bookings, it is the responsibility of 3rd Party Booking Agents / Resellers of AWSnowTransfers Services to pay AWSnowTransfers for any additional charges incurred.
  • All bookings are subject to the terms & conditions displayed on website on the day of hire
    We reserve the right to alter terms & conditions without notice
    Cancellation / alteration of your transport services booked with for any reason, including but not limited to, LACK OF SNOW, WEATHER CONDITIONS, NUMBER OF SKI-LIFTS OPERATING, CHANGES IN TRAVEL / ACCOMMODATION PLANS, AMOUNT OF PASSENGERS TRAVELLING, etc, are subject to the following conditions:
  • CANCELLATION OF BOOKING within 5 days prior to hire date/time:
    -Booking IS NOT TRANSFERABLE or REFUNDABLE in any way.
  • CANCELLATION / TRANSFER POLICY up to 5 days prior to hire date/time:
    Booking IS TRANSFERABLE to another date within the current season, provided vehicle is available. $55 admin fee applies.
    Booking IS PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE…..60% refund via bank transfer only on the total cost of hire.
  • We recommend passengers purchase travel insurance, to cover the value of your booking with us. Please check with your insurer prior to travel regarding policy features and coverage.
  • Alteration to any confirmed details incurs a $55 fee per change.
